jwk --- the stock should keep going up Tues. Wed will also be up on numbers expectations. The volume indicates there are no6t many weak hands holding again yet.... and the action the past 2 trading days indicates people are wanting to buy based on EXPECTED earnings. If they are REAL good it will keep going up as the next 6 or so qtrs should be outstanding. These earnings must be put to work quickly! That is the post Y2K fertility you speak of,,, not what is there from the past as that has not shown to be very strong in the core area,, now the BS that has been spread must fertilize additional business... That is what is being counted on... additional companies that ARE profitable to be made more so... the additional customer base means little if that base is doing business with the competition. Just because TAVA charges them for a nonguarenteed service that few others can perform does not make others loyal TAVA/JJ fans forever. That has to be earned through a bidding process against known suppliers.... to purchase those suppliers with Y2K profits makes the difference ... Firing people that have old relationships puts us into the earning the loyalty/ business area again... no rosey road but great potential... the biggest key is coming with earnings this qtr... now or never.. my bet is now!

Y2K issues WON'T end in 5 quarters! Where did anyone get that idea!? That's actually when many of the issues will really start to hit. Those who balked a doing any real Y2K compliance testing will be scrambling for a couple years after 2000 just to catch up to those who put the money up front to take care of it now. The key is PRODUCTIVITY, especially in the embedded systems & process control area-- (which is where TAVA specializes by the way). Those plants that have Y2K issues unresolved in 2000 will be the weakest and least profitable and productive. TAVA has made and is making some key strategic global partners and clients that will last for many many years past 2000.

Best Regards,

R. Gates
