Distributor Business Wire - September 22, 1998 12:40
AURORA, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 22, 1998--Planet

City Software Corp., (OTCBB:PINC) is pleased to announce an
initial 50,000 unit sales agreement from Pacific Dynamics for its
Y2K compliance software -- The Millennium Bug Compliance Kit MBCK).
Millennium Software Solutions, Planet City's wholly owned
subsidiary signed a pre-distribution partnership with one of
Denver's leading distributors of technology solutions, Pacific
Dynamics Corp. The agreement calls for Pacific Dynamics to
market the MBCK through its pristine channels of distribution, as
well as offer service, training and technical support.
Planet City ensures the highest quality assurance for its MBCK
diagnostic and compliance resolution software. The kit has a
MSRP of $49.95 and will be ready for shipment on Sept. 31,
1998, with versions in French and Spanish to follow shortly after.
The MBCK is the solution for the Year 2000 (Y2K) problem
within the personal computer market. There are estimated to be
over 200 million PCs worldwide that are not Y2K compliant. The
MBCK diagnoses if a PC is compliant, upgrades the PC to
compliant status and finally scans all files to check for software
compliancy.
Millennium Software Solutions' dedicated Web site
(www.millenniumbugkit.com), available in mid October, will offer
potential customers a free diagnosis with the opportunity to
purchase the compliance kit on-line.
The MBCK was exceptionally well received at the Comdex Show
for Latin America in Miami last week. The product was
successfully demonstrated to representatives of major South
American corporations. Significant sales agreements are expected
within a few weeks from contacts made at the show.

CNBC Interviews

I missed PINC, but caught the RTEK half of the Investing in America interview on CNBC. They had a big boost when the market opened, no doubt from their exposure. I caught a tidbit on TV about another Los Angeles company I'm following now, called EINI ... all L.A. investors have probably heard of their big CastNet website (www.castnet.com), which services actors and casting directors in the entertainment industry. I'll go start a thread for them and see who wants to follow along.
