I own a bunch of stocks around this price. They, too, are non-producing. I'm banking on seeing something substantial within a year (although decent spreads can occur anytime, can't they?). The chance for legal victory is also intriguing. I have a bias in this matter, but my thinking, after following both sides, is that MDIN has a bilingual horse...and perhaps a runner as well... There is nothing wrong with a .10 price at this stage of the game. It leaves a lot of upside, doesn't it?! Barry (just call it intuition...but this does not appear to be a good time to sell) (:-)
