Tommaso.. its odd from two polls, that women by a large margin, feel less outrage over the sex lies and affairs in general. Men, it seems, are far more willing to bring the President down. I don't know if that reflects a gender bias of some kind, perhaps women understand sex better than men... or perhaps men are more threatened by breakdowns in social behavior as it threatens the social fragility in their own lives. Men more than women see Monica as being too young, that he was robbing the cradle and she was a babe in the woods innocent.

Perhaps at 22 she was too young, but its well to remember many women through history were much younger. Joan of Arc as a teenager led an army in Franc mcs.drexel.edu

Indeed at the age of 22, Cleopatra subjugated Julius Caesar.. whence two years later he returned to Rome and was assasinated.
