Yes that is how I remember it too. What was never clear to me, was if the $7 per share price was for public shares or for private shares. I always read it as private shares (after all what happens if nvid never goes public). But you can do a comparative study of assuming 6.5 Mil shares at $10 (if I remember it right) and see how TDFX should be priced.
