Heck, it could be the same person or not. Actually, it depends. I can not recall, but if it happened before August 17th 1998 there is a good chance that no such person exists and any references to same....especially if it were someone to whom JJ spoke in private, with liberal use of "pointing" devices to "insert" various points of law, and in as much as the above aforementioned parties were both of legal age at the moment of conception that said implied "agreement" would be binding in any court outside of the District of Columbia in such circumstances that the barometric pressure was demonstrated to be within a standardized tolerance accepted by the National Board of Standards and Measures.

I hope this clears the matter up and reflects the considerable pain and embarrassment of all parties.

This little item from the SEC micro-crap webpage:

"Microcap examinations of broker-dealers have been focused in the New York, South Florida, and Colorado/Utah areas, where the greatest concentration of fraudulent microcap activity is found. In fiscal year 1997, over 70 examinations of microcap firms were conducted in these regions, representing about 43 percent of all cause examinations conducted there. More than two-thirds of these microcap examinations were referred to the Commission's Division of Enforcement or to the NASDR for further investigation. The most common violations found were fraudulent misrepresentations, unsuitable recommendations, unauthorized trading, market manipulations and unregistered offerings.

Commission examiners are also scrutinizing the records of microcap issuers maintained by registered transfer agents, located predominantly in Utah and Nevada, to detect irregularities in the issuance and transfer of shares which typically accompany frauds on investors

Now, I don't know, but is it more than coincidental that ADGI was conceived in Nevada, pastured in Boca Raton Fl, has an office in NYC.
I mean, we have laughed about this shit in the past....the Nevada connections all that good biz, but I mean really, if you wanted to see a company that fits the text book definition....this is it!

GOD SAVE J HINTON, SAVIOR OF THE COMMON MAN, DOER OF MANY GOOD DEEDS, BY ALL ACCOUNTS A "REGULAR JOE". BUY MORE ADGI, HIS DIGNITY DEMANDS IT. HIS SUFFERING IS IMMENSE AND MEASURED IN BOINKS PER WEEK ON THE LEWINSKY-JONES HAVE-A-TAMPA DEFLECTION SCALE.

boink...boink...boink (president "boning up" for his physical)

But ya know....given the pitifully low numbers the SEC generates in cases that are even INVESTIGATED, and given the high dollar amounts generated by OTHER frauds relative to this little piss-ant of a company and it's two-bit pick-pocketing leader. Well, this thing could go on for YEARS with the same group of sleazeoids turning the same profits in the same tried and true manner.

Just forget it Brian, nobody cares. I don't care, you don't *really* care...it's just a non-event that makes a lazy bastard a decent if not quite honest living.

GOD SAVE ADGI....THIS STOCK RULEZ, WE ARE IN THE PRESENCE OF GREATNESS, JERRY WILL LEAD US ALL TO THE PROMISED LAND OF MILK AND HONEY...JUST BE CAREFUL THE FLOOR IS A LITTLE STICKY.
