*** Another Belize Status Report ***

Per AOL.

Just returned from Belize. Over a dozen shareholders attended the party. Half of the Cabinet of the Government of Belize attended. Housing Minister promised a very pro active statement for the end of this week. Look for several other news releases this week. Lots of media coverage.

All ministers attending supported the project and they stated that the new Prime Minister did also.

Met with Patience Manuel, a retired Los Angeles School Board employee who bought the first home in the Development. House was beautiful. She was very happy. Her daughter Irene was visiting her at the time. She claimed she had many friends who were considering buying homes and then renting them out until retirement. More than 100 potential home buyers from all over the US and Belize attended the festivities. All comments were favorable. Not one
negative comment.

The Ministers of Budget, Planning and Management, Economic Development and Investments stated that it was unfortunate that the news media misinterpreted the situation, but that the Affordable Housing Project was in accordance with the Government Manifesto and they supported it.

Dickie Bradley, Minister of Housing and Attorney General did not realize such damage had been done to the reputation of Affordable Housing and said the situation would be corrected. The new Government has promised 10,000 new houses and programs like PRWT's were going to make that promise come true.

Remijo Montejo, Chairman of Housing and Education was also unaware of the problem caused by the old Government and promised to issue a Press Release supporting the project.

Great party, great news from all sides.

<<Capitalist_Oppressors_Will_Pay>>

I'm truly rolling on the floor over this one. Come on! Is this REALLY how he IDs himself on another posting forum????

Now, I've got this ridiculous mental image of some Berkley 60's wannabe, never having turned in a legitimate day's work in his life, and destined to become some unrecognizable pulp under a redwood tree because he was too involved in hugging it to get outta the way as it was logged!

Come on, jhild...even YOU aren't this brain-dead, are you?
