I have been awaiting news of product sales, not more convertible debentures. I suppose being a BB stock, InnovaCom doesn't have to file an SEC report giving details such as any restrictions on conversion. If converted at today's price, they'd get about 8,000,000 shares. That's not counting all the prior outstanding convertibles. Does anyone have a handle on what's out there?

Is this $1.5 million the remaining part of the $2 million committed a while back? Sounds like it, since they say they've already received $500,000.

Surely with a price around .20 cents they won't pull the "sell short to drive the price down and cover with convertibles" trick. Well, if it goes to 1/16 I guess they make .14 per share on shorting. From what I understand, there are ways to short cheap BB stocks. Hope I'm wrong!

Sure would be nice to hear them say they've sold some products - any amount to start! I can't believe they made no news release on Amsterdam. Not even sure they went.

Since I'm long, long on this stock, any words of encouragement would be appreciated. It's not that I don't think they have promising products, I just keep seeing any potential for gains eroded by convertible preferreds.
