Everybody, let's please try to calm down. First of all, there are almost always delays when it comes to filing 10-SB forms. Secondly, we were never told that Digitcom would definitely jump to Nasdaq once this form is filed. The 10-SB form is just the first part. Third, It's always been much more likely for Digitcom to get onto a major exchange by some sort of acquisition - either by Digitcom, or by another company. Let's look at the positives. Wednesday and Thursday, Our Company will be making a presentation with Natural MicroSystems at the CT Expo in New York. This will give us some much needed exposure. The 5-city Indonesia link-up should be ready to go by the end of the month. The testing of the Russian link-up is complete, and we should be getting updates of commercial business in that country soon. We haven't heard anything about our Australian office for a while. We should eventually hear something about business in that stable country. Germany's $25 million may come into play soon. Plus, Digitcom will be hooking up AGAIN with Natural MicroSystems at their Conference October 5-8 with 400 other attendees. I don't know about all of you, but I didn't put my money into this company solely because of a possible Nasdaq listing. There are many many many other good reasons. Have a good night everybody Dan

Thanks for the research William, I just got my Waterhouse online account activated today and was unable to scoop any up at todays bargain. Maybe it's a blessing in disguise. Depending on how low we get tomorrow I will be buying more to average down. I purchased all the way at 8.00! Mark feeling a little perplexed about the whole SB10 situation. If we are still believers this will seem like gifts! I hope we get some solid answers at the expo. Also getting ready to batten down the hatches in Miami preparing for Hurricane Georges. Do we have any Puerto Rican DGIV'ers on this thread, they are taking a massive hammering right now!
