True story

Opened a support procedures document at a review session last Friday that had been submitted for review at another team meeting, declared final and submitted with a signature page for director level review and approval.

After the cover page, the first line of the document read:

"This document is a copulation of errors, procedures and practices..."

Seems the author thought the word was compulation rather than compilation and had misspelled that. Passed the spell checker...

He was a bit embarrassed. I'm having it framed!

After a thorough review of the draft document, the literal translation was probably correct.
