very good point about today's actions. Many investors out there obviously feel that DGIV is a bargain at these prices and have come in at this level. For them, the lack of an sb10 at this time does not change whether or not DGIV is "credible". They must be judging DGIV "credibility and "ultimate worth" by the contracts/business alliances.

We have all seen how hard Jimmy Chin works in terms of traveling/signing deals,etc...It is apparent to me that for him, at this time, the contracts are the key to the company, in terms of increasing its net worth.

ONe thing that comes to my mind just now: if DGIV were to be bought out by a big telco, what would be the determinant of its worth? its contracts or the filing of the sb10??/ There are only so many countries in the world and at this time, there is a race to "sign up" as many of them as possible. For a young IP telephony company, isn't it more important to devote as much effort as possible to signing up as many contracts as possible in this "window of opportunity"?
If it is DGIV intention to sell itself once it has "signed up" enough countries, the filing of the sb 10 would not truly matter, would it?

In other words, would a big telco change its buyout price of DGIV over the filing of the sb10 or would the buy out price be determined by the contracts?

any company buying out DGIV would already have done its own DD in terms of looking over DGIV financials,etc.. It would not need an official sb10 to do tis DD on DGIV, IMO.
