The 10SB must be filed with a copy of their Audited Financials. Thus we should be able to the them, Financials, at that time. What year financials will be filed? I do not believe it is clear that current financials will be filed and available to the public. The point of filing them is so the SEC can review to detemine if there is a clear and complete representation of the business entity. The SEC would not make them public. Maybe EDII will publish them on their own at this time. But based on their disclosure to date, I would consider that unlikely. jmt
