I agree that the most important thing for DGIV is its revenue stream, which would obviously be a reflection of its contracts/deals. Seeing the "pace" of DGIV business growth (russia, germany, indonesia, egypt-granted, egypt is an MOU only at this point, but I would guess that negotiations ae being conducted at this very moment), i am willing to wait for the next few weeks/months to see more "proof" of DGIV growth.

Don't overlook the upcoming big IP telephony show in NYC, where DGIV will surely get much added visibility/exposure to potential clients/investors.

good morning DGIV family,

for those who hold DGIV shares in their IRA account, it is a good time to convert it to ROTH-IRA if your AGI is not over $100,000. two good reasons...

your future growth after 5 years is tax free and in the ROTH account you can trade as frequent as you want without having to worry about the capital gain.

the conversion is being done at low point of the stock price, you probably do not have to pay any tax that you might have to otherwise.

as i always say, in time of trouble look for something good in it and make it works for you...that is what i have found.

no matter what will happen, i appreciate my DGIV's family, i value my friends here more than many of those i have met in person and this is from my heart.
