IF you filed a complaint, it would take literally anywheres from 1 to 4 months just to get it started, and the FBI isn't just sitting on running in on BB's that are out of line... way to blow your credibility, or are you willing to post your agents name?? As everyone has been aware, my position is a long-term hold. 1999 will be an excellent year for the company. Do you want to know what a bad investment is? Do you want to know what is sad (I will not say stupid)? The people who trusted Butch Ellenbecker. Here is a post from the past: How about the Butch Ellenbecker / HK Boner "40 families" group of investors? HK Boner had posted the following: HK Boner investors invested hard cash along with a considerable amount of heart and soul. you'll find the HK Boner people are real people and very good people ... I believe that statement to be 100% true. From what I know, most all of those people are honest and very good people, and that is what is very sad. Their leader Butch Ellenbecker has mislead them and I doubt that these people will ever see any of their money again. Where did their money go? If I were one of those "families", I would be calling up all the other "families" to run to the nearest attorney.

PAUL D... I can see, once again you have not responded to a single one of my questions or requests. EVERYONE--I WILL MAKE A STRONG STATEMENT TO ALL OF THIS (Gee, what else is new)....IF ANY OF YOU HAVE SOME REAL INFO, please by all means, I am more than willing to read it, and look into it...SO I WILL TRY AGAIN TO STATE, I am only trying to get at the truth....Am I happy to see what has happened to the stock???? I'm an engineer...on post 9342 you accuse Dave of getting caught by Jill lying and now Jill knows it and implies that Dave just shot himself in the foot. Even though Dave posted exactly what Jill had written back to Dave. On post 9210 you stated there is no market for the well. Yet, the State of Utah is OK'ing it. Now that doesn't make sense does it. Especially since they have passed a law against dumping that has been going on. So if there was a market for it (the waste that is), then why have the law and know people are dumping illegally..On post 8707, Paul accuses Dave of being HK Elrod. on Post 8684 he accuses Dave of originally pumping and dumping as Dave Isaac then changing his name and disappearing and that specifically he is part of a scheme to "DEFRAUD" the stockholders...HOLD THAT THOUGHT FOLKS, THAT'S AN IMPORTANT ONE...GO READ IT..on Post 8714 he accuses Dave of being Dave Bryant...Now he says he got a call from the FBI on post 9470. Now, the FBI has nothing to do except refer to this particular stock, one of thousand of little stocks struggling. I have not had the time, but he also specifically accuses HK Elrod of using $$$$ to buy time shares on Powell and a new home. On earlier posts, though not necessarily by him, HK was accused of buying a humongous home, in which it turned out was not the truth. PAUL....While I may be more verbal than most, I have spent the last few months trying to get at the truth. BUT YOU HAVE NOT PROVIDED ONE PIECE OF TRUTH THAT CAN BE VERIFIED OR BACKED UP....I EVEN ASKED YOU TO POST YOUR LETTERS....ALL TO NO AVAIL.... And about all you can come back with when I have asked you countless times to show proof is to say DAVE IS STUPID!!! That's not exactly information that we are looking for fella! Paul, you are a joke...AND THAT IS IN MY NOT HUMBLE OPINION AT ALL! So, it looks like if you did have any credibility, it is certainly too bad, because you certainly cannot back up any of it, nor wish to. And it is too bad, as I am still seeking the truth. COMPANY AUTHORITY TO OPERATE A 8 COMMERCIAL NONHAZARDOUS INDUSTRIAL WASTE DISPOSAL FACILITY, 9 DEPENDENT UPON PRIOR APPROVAL FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF 10 ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY. 11 Be it resolved by the Legislature of the state of Utah, the Governor concurring therein: 12 WHEREAS Envirotech Inc. desires to operate a Class V Injection Well which would be 13 a commercial solid waste disposal facility receiving nonhazardous, industrial waste injectate; 14 WHEREAS the injection well site is on private land, owned by the applicant Envirotech 15 Inc., and this private land is located within the exterior boundary of the Uintah and Ouray Indian 16 Reservation; 17 WHEREAS this site is known as the Blue Bench 13-1 site and is located approximately 18 four miles north of the city of Duchesne, in Duchesne County, Utah; 19 WHEREAS Section 19-6-108 of the Utah Code requires that an entity receive approval 20 from the Utah State Legislature and the Governor of the State as a part of the approval process 21 necessary to receive authority to construct and operate a commercial solid waste facility in Utah; 22 WHEREAS Section 19-6-108 of the Utah Code requires that an applicant for authority to 23 construct a commercial solid waste facility must obtain approval for the facility from the executive 24 secretary of the Solid and Hazardous Waste Control Board within the Department of 25 Environmental Quality prior to receiving approval by the Legislature and the Governor; 26 WHEREAS Section 19-6-108 of the Utah Code requires that the applicant also obtain 27 approval from the local governmental entity within whose boundaries the site is located; and 1 WHEREAS Envirotech, Inc. has submitted an application to the Department of 2 Environmental Quality, S [but] AND s the application process will likely S [extend beyond the 2a final day] RESULT IN APPROVAL BY THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY BEFORE 2b THE END s of the 3 S [1997] 1998 s General Session of the Legislature: 4 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Legislature, the Governor concurring 5 therein, that Envirotech Inc. is granted approval to construct the Blue Bench 13-1 Class V 6 Injection Well facility, but such approval is dependent upon S [, and shall be considered as subsequent 7 to] s the approval required under Section 19-6-108 from the executive secretary of the Solid and 8 Hazardous Waste Control Board for the construction and operation plan for the facility S [, and 9 dependent upon and subsequent to the approval required by the local governmental entity having 10 jurisdiction over the site] s .
