dear ken its not that i hope they won't make it. if you invest in co. on pipe dreams and don't do your homework like picking apart the sec. filing you are gambling not investing. the co. fundamentals are bad. and the co is not going to make it they don't have the money to afford the expensive studies needed to make. my advice is not only look at the sec but ask yourself why would i want to invest in the co? what makes it a good co? the idea may be good but can they market it? not without money please study the term convertable debenture. what it means. then let me know what you think about the co. thanks tj.
