Loren; I did receive your PM so I will inject what I can but I have not concluded some of the issues with regards to Tilton, since I was on the phone with him for a brief time and will be calling him back this week for more of my questions. I did check with USBL on the news release April 15, 1998 stating that TNRG had acquired a 90% stake in USBL and as of today that news release is accurate according to USBL..... So ranting about a scam at this juncture I feel is immature unless of course it can be backed up with verifiable facts....... (this is not directed at you Loren) The only problem I see is the consistent increase in total shares issued when in fact many of the press releases were depicting retirement of millions of shares, but then again shares could have been issued for certain accusations and since I am not privy to TNRG's strategic business plan and all the goings on within the company I have no clue if the shuffling of shares (out and in) will benefit the Company and shareholders in the end. All one has to do is read the releases many projects but no meat at this point in time (revenues or products currently being marketed) I asked Tilton about the Navy deal and he planed on more info by the end of this month but I think it will be not addressed till October. As far as the CD........ and other products that were mentioned I was not given a clear time frame on the marketing of those items and for myself that is were the real meat lies. As far as the shopping center the audit is being done and we should hear something on it shortly so I give that one a month.................. Also more news should be forthcoming this month according to Tilton lets hope it has more meat to it..... I will check back when I talk to Tilton some more......... Also the above is my opinion before investing do some of you own DD and call the company to satisfy any questions you may have.
