Gary - your profile says that you're holding cash and looking for stocks to short. That would explain why you have only discovered two relevant facts about WinStar, loss and debt. Do yourself a favor, before you establish a big short position in WinStar - you might want to read through this thread. Even if you end up deciding to short it after doing so, it will at least be from a more informed perspective.
