KMT: The need for more than one board seat is to give equal voices in the total workings of a company during it's growing stage. IMO there should be more voices to help the members with major decisions that come to the table. We should have many more votes than needed to put a few on the board IMO, and it would be nice to see some support from Mgmt. on the issue in a letter to share holders. The vote count needs to be expanded into the forms that are now going out so that the proxies can be submitted on time at the AGM. I wonder why the company has not sent out the anouncments yet on the AGM, and the list of what will be voted on for directors and officers at the meeting. With the goal of a officer posittion from a new board member it should be a very intresting meeting IMO. Back to a road trip see ya.
