Don't know... I couldn't pull the docs as their server was down. I'll try it again. Note... Nope. No luck. Anyway, I would agree that there should be a signature but they may be copies of the documents before they went to the lawyer for final signing. But aren't the Yeas saying that Wellrich and AZNT do not possess a binding arbitration clause in their contract? If this is the case, then the fact that Wellrich is submitting a petition to compel arbitration leads one to believe that their IS an arbitration clause and that Mr. Sylver better not miss this next meeting or try storming out of the office.
