So please tell us Ernie...

What are the SEC requirements???

Current??? Prior full year fiscal period?? Prior full year calender period???

July?? September???

Whats the point of this filing? To get current data? Or just to initially evaluate the completeness of the information filed??

That's just about the stupidest question I have heard from you yet

Next time I'll try to make it easier to understand.

jmt

Yes let's spend this money for the audit on some past years data that does not reflect the current business model.

get real man...

You have to be kidding. Especially as they follow your comments about someone else saying something stupid.

Without an unbroken chain of financial reporting it would never be possible to track changes in a company's financial condition. Losses, write downs and management miscues could be buried in the prior unreported periods. You surely don't believe what you have just written?

But if you do, then you get real man...
