Yes I am short. Yes I believe ultimately MSTR will trade down as low as $10 over the next 18 months.

No, this was not opportune timing. I should have waited until after Clinton's tapes were aired. Now that we have everything on the table and it isn't so ugly we have a reason for some optimism that we'll get on with business. We could see a 300-350 point rise in the Dow by the end of the week. Then the short sellers will come back in.

I intend to hold on to my short position and ride through this.

Well, I'm out of MSTR (for now). Two days ago, I wanted to buy some more RMBS. I looked through my portfolio and didn't like the way MSTR just "hung there" while the rest of the tech stocks were up. While I still like MSTR, I thought I could get better gains from RMBS. Sold MSTR at 39 5/8 and bought more RMBS at 62 1/4. Looks like a good move so far. I don't think MSTR will do anything much either up or down in the near future, so .......
