Uhh... Street.. It sure doesn't take much time to uncap "una Pluma" and sign that little puppy. I concur that it is not evidence that the petition to compel has been filed and/or granted. However, I believe it is realistic to expect it to be coming down the pike very soon. Btw, anyone here ever figure out where all that money AZNT raised from its private placement went?? Tough to hide million's of dollars... that is, unless your a late in reporting Nevada Corp. I will be waiting with bated breath to see where all of this shakes out. T-minus 8 days and counting.....
