They said the listing thing because they read the thread and we discussed it. Gosh, I hope that is not the reason. This is an internet board to discuss individual investments, and I can't imagine any corporate legal staff reading this stuff and putting out PRs on the basis of what we discuss here. I mean, suppose someone says Digitcom will be bought out next week by Microsoft (just an example, folks). Will the lawyers come out with a PR saying "Digitcom has no assurance that it will be bought out by Microsoft next week or any time in the future, nor does it have any assurance it will ever be bought out by anyone at any time." Besides, I don't remember anyone saying SB10=NASDAQ listing. Quite the opposite. Heck, I even said I don't think DGIV or any other BB company will go NAZ again. So why wouldn't the lawyers come out and say "Digitcom has no assurance that it will never go NASDAQ, nor that it ever will." Maybe the deal is that with the Starr report out, there are a lot of lawyers out there looking for work.
