Doesn't look like OMKT panned out. Not enough volume. Lets take a look at the news again and figure out why it didn't run.

The OMKT report by Mr. Harmon would be considered either a publication type news story or hype. He backs up what he says with good fundamental analysis comparisons like with BVSN. Bottomline, it doesn't present any new information on OMKT. There aren't any rumors of upcoming events attached to it. I'm also thinking that Mr. Harmon is starting to lose his power. I think that's why OMKT didn't move. I think this kind of story falls short of an upgrade/downgrade by far. Wall Street just glossed over this one. Anyways, that's my interpretation.
