How about Japan near the brink of banking system collapse, Brazil near its insolvency, Canada in recession, Europe in EMU quagmire, and our own banks stuffed to their gills in derivative bombs?

Is this a really good time for impeaching an already weakened president?

Answer: The downturn could be spectacular.
