It is not about reading posts, it is about responding in an official PR to something that was never an official corporate PR statement. I know IR depts read this stuff, my point is that they don't, or shouldn't put out PR to clarify something they might read here. I don't think that was the reason for the PR release. I don;t know what the reason was, but why would they say what they did, when this was not a topic of discussion here? In fact, you posted the NAS listing requirements, and it is clear from reading those that Digitcom is a ways away from meeting a number of those. So are you saying that their lawyers read that and decided to state the obvious?
