RE: NASDAQ "ISSUE" & it's appearance in the latest PR >>I don't have any problem with a "clarification," I have a problem with superflous statements that don't clarify anything because it was never an issue.<< Maybe the company, while not responding to investor e-mail queries (as has been stated by more than one), has READ the e-mail & our posts wherein alot of people have been complaining, "when is DGIV going NASDAQ like they said they would be months ago!?" NASDAQ NASDAQ that's all people have been banking on for months now! To me the NASDAQ bit in the PR is just an additional disclaimer--they are playing it VERY SAFE for some reason and I believe the reason is because they are VERY close to something BIG and don't want any legal issues to jam them up.
