If we believe that DGIV and its lawyers are holding up the filing, then we should ask the company:

- What is the cause?
- When will it be rectified?
- Is it true that they expect the filing with the month ( as posted by Knitwit after a conversation with J Chin)

DGIV's securities lawyer had a problem with how DGIV moved from DIV-N to DGIV. I don't know the exact nature of the conflict, but the lawyers apparently want to see some numbers on DIV-N. Don't know how long to rectify, but I would think would be done within the next 3-4 weeks.

For those trying to get in touch with Roger, Jimmy, or Bob Dunagan, it is my understanding that they will be out of town the rest of the week... for the Expo (I would assume).... So any questions will have to be addressed to WVor Cheryl..
