I do not have any additional info on July 30 earnings. I just extrapolates April 30 and current run rates, and suggested my #'s to TSIS, who did not disagree.

I don't understand the questions regarding last year. Earnings will be in a very tight range, minimally profitable. I am sure this could be confirmed by IR. Is anyone expecting otherwise?

"In their September 4, 1998 "earnings" announcement which I've linked below there is no mention of specific earnings; just revenue growth.

Companies typically do not release their quarterly results for the final quarter of a fiscal year until the audited results for the entire year are available. TSIS's FY ended 7/31/98 and the audit is underway, hence no specific word from them on their 4Q earnings.
