Hope, You made my point by adding the and/or to your comment. I feel it is more to the "or" side. Mr. Chin said " I want the 10SB by the 15th, the lawyers tried and said on the 15th "Not going to happen", it was the lawyers decision! Now, Mr. Chin being the great business man he is, say's to himself, "I am paying these guy's a lot of money to do this right, so I must follow what they say". But again, it was the lawyers who made the decision and DGIV is just living with it as best they can. "Edited": These are my opinions and not fact... Nor are they actually words from Mr. Chin. wb
