Not many people are aware that Elliott also dabbled in meteorology and produced the Elliot Cloud Theory. The gist of it is that there are three kinds of clouds:

- one that looks like a man eating soup which means rain is coming

- one that looks like a rabbit which means that it will be sunny

- one that looks like a steam train which means that the weather will be mixed

The problem is that sometimes the man eating a bowl of soup will change into the rabbit etc. And no two Elliot Cloud Theorists will see the same thing in the same cloud except that if its raining today then they all agree that yesterday's cloud must have been a 'man eating soup'.

The system is therefore 100% accurate at predicting weather although all the Elliot Cloud Theorists are humble in their ability to interpret the system.
