They should get rid of the matching funds for elections. It's a total sham. You've got people like Ross Perot and Lyndon Larouche and others who just use it to get free money and go out solicit funds for their organizations.

John,but which crooks? It would go from party in power to against party in power. Well its a good way of funding the new branch of government,at least our taxes would not go to it. And its a good way to ensure that whatever party is on power gets dethroned before their term is up. A great way to make 4 year elections last for only 2 years.
