I merely made an observation that they were unsigned, and that made me curious as to what value they had to this discussion.

Minor point. Attorneys usually like to have signed copies or at least signature pages to verify that execution took place. Particularly when execution takes place at two (or more) locations and sig pages are faxed. Lack of a signature indicates a "non-executed" document as there is no way to verify w/out requesting copies from one of the signatories. With sensitive documents there may also be 2nd sets of originals for legal files as well.

This is a non-binding opinion but reflects experience in MA, PA, GA, NY, CA.......
