It is like they needed us individual investors earlier in the year, and now that the pieces are falling into place contract wise....It becomes very evident that they don't need us anymore...they will start catering to brokerage houses and underwriters....one of the things that attracted me to DGIV in the first place was the appearance that they cared about us, the individual investor....oh well...

I really doubt that. BTW, does anyone know who's been assigned for "booth duty" at Ct Expo? It almost sounds like they are under the perception that the main purpose of these shows is to have meetings with analysts. Well, first, after what has happened there will not be much interest from analysts. Second, there are potential "customers" and many trade journalists (just as important) hanging around, so it very important to have a full time, competent person handling the demos at the booth. Remember, in case you don't know, DGIV is one of about 20 NMSS "partners" who will be there, so to stand out from the rest, they need a good show.

OR - could it be that they know they will be bought out, soon and they are making their shares cheap! Knowing full well that once they are bought then the value will increase plus the process of being listed will be of no avail! Beside, haven't you heard that you should buy on bad news and sell on good news. It works every time! Does Bad mean BAD?
THANKING OUT LOUD!
