Well Mr. 1, it seems that there were two parties against AZNT and two contracts involved. I read the document last night when it was posted. WellRich and an individual person named Taylor had joined in the Arbitration against AZNT. Taylor it seems was to provide consulting services in exchange for stock. There were citations from both contracts indicating that arbitration was the recourse in the event of disputes. The dispute, oh shock of shocks, was that AZNT refused to pay what it agreed to.

What you seem to overlook here is that there seems to have been a contract to place AZNT shares in the market. Wellrich was to receive a 35% commission on the sale of the stock, which was to be accomplished directly with AZNT. Why would AZNT enter into such a contract in the first place, if they thought their company had great prospects? A 35% commission? WOW!

Whatever you say about Wellrich, you should keep in mind that AZNT was clearly a willing participant and a party to their actions.
