I am not sure if I understand this restriction thing. Will everyones stock become restricted once the spinoff is done?/ Thanks for any info.

DG--This restriction is not like traditional 144 stock that has a fixed restriction period. Restricted shares from a spin off stay restricted until the new AH and ET shares are registered. This registration can occur before or shortly after or long after or ???? after the spin off occurs.

As I stated earlier, I would think that the restriction will be lifted around the time that good news will or if it occurs.
