Thanks, Z...that was wonderful. I see that what they teach in Spanish I, II, III and IV is not the rich, colorful, IMPORTANT traditions that give such flavor to your language. I truly appreciate the time and the length you went to to share with me. There is truly so much to learn from each other. I especially enjoyed your patient, step by step explanations to the words that were troubling me in my translation attempt. In fact, it must have caused you to laugh heartily at the convolutions so typed, but you didn't tease me, or make fun of my efforts. Instead you took the time to teach and share. You must be a great person and certainly one to spend the time to get to know. I will be watching for more "translation" opportunities in the future.
