Dear Ira:

Let me ask you two specific questions that might be helpful to many of us on this board. First let me say that I am much less concerned with the past than I am the present and the future. What you did yesterday is no concern of mine. Today, tomorrow, and my stock, concerns me deeply.

Question #1. Is Jonathan a spokesman for the company, should we listen to him, or is he just a "common old Joe?"

Question #2. It keeps being said that we are a "fully reporting company." Unless "youse guys" back East are reporting to each other over coffee at the Deli, there "ain't no reporting going on."

As an investor with 30,000 shares, which used to be worth something, I would greatly appreciate knowing where we are at with regard to income, cash flow, cash reserves, pending partnerships, pending store openings, number of cigars being sold monthly in stores or online, field growth and income potential from our plantation, strategic partnerships, etc.

What I am saying, is that smoke outs are nice, but anyone can hype a stock. If I give a broker enough humidors and brandy he is liable to tell somebody about my company. But if the cash flow isn't there then eventually the price is going down my friend. So rather than humming Wall Street for a quick uptick, may we suggest that you hum some cigars over to Eddie Debartolo, Bob Cusick, or Rich Strayer at Debartolo Corporation [Youngstown, Ohio] and get them to drop your little Kiosks in all 87 of their malls.

IRA: If my last sentence got your attention have the guy answering your phone go back through your messages, find the one from Paul in Calif. and give me a call.

Good luck to all,
Paul
