* * * *The WEBSITE * * * * PLEASE READ * * * * * Good morning, I just had an opportunity to speak with the Webmaster who is diligently trying to work on all the problem areas of the website. 1. The Netscape button below BillBoard et al. The button is there along with the Microsoft button to enable users to download either NSCP's or MSFT's products. The MSFT button directs you to the correct page for their downloads. Unfortunately, the NSCP button currently directs you to their HOME page, in error, where you can click on MUSIC and get right on Music Boulevard's page. The NSCP link will be change from the home page to simply the DOWNLOAD at NSCP page and there will be no reference to 'Music'. 2. Account status/tracking an order. Currently, when you try to utilize this feature you get 'looped' back to the home page. Those links are being installed this week and, hopefully, will be functioning in the near term. 3. In checking out area, once you've completed your purchase. There are two main boxes: . . .Standard MusicCard holder . . .non-MusicCard holder. Currently, both boxes have the same lines and nomenclature. The bottonm or second box will be changed as follows: MusicCard Number will be changed to Account Number Acct type, total units, units consumed use this Musiccard etc will be removed and replaced with a question: Do you want to buy a Musicard? and will be accompanied with appropriate action buttons and links to the buy Musiccard page. 4. The Buy a MusicCard button below the Billboard button. This is a new feature and will appear on any page the user is on. If the user decides to buy a MusicCard, it is a shortcut so that you do not have to revert to the home page. 5. It appears that the Secure Server is working. Can a bunch of you test it out, by opening a new account, ordering a CD, etc. and advise. They had enhanced the memory of the server and something happened that precluded the loading of the Secure server page. Many of you got Internet errors when you tried it the last few days and/or were bumped off your connection and had to log on again. Lastly, a few or many of you have sent items to TSIG or to Mr. Gordon or used the feedback feature but you are not happy with or never received a response. In order to eliminate this problem I have been requested to request you to direct all suggestions and/or problems that you detect re the Website to the following E-mail adress: - - - - -webmaster@stockprofiles.com - - - - - - The gentleman's name is : Vladislav. He will be most responsive to your comments and suggestions. Thanks in advance for all your help. Best, Joe
