Kevin - I totally agree The institutional investors are extremely important. They are used to this type of lawyer jargon. Many individual investors do not understand that when a company says "we cannot predict" or "the company makes no assurance" they are just saving their ass from the SEC. There aren't many ways to put a positive spin on "SEC-happy" statements. I'm actually glad that Digitcom is putting out these types of statements - it'll help when they finally do start reporting to the SEC.
