CTAL.. from today's watch list up 9.75%*; NEON #1 pick and highlight on the list was up intraday from a low of 40 1/2 to a high of 43 now trading in a down market up 41 3/4 still up 1 3/8..


*with no morning gap up.. Watch those small stocks!

Everyone look at PHG.. speaking of the one that got away!!! Here I was telling everyone about PHG that should rebound and did not even take my own advice.. thing is there are so many great stocks that are up over 10% that you can't get them all, but CMGI and PHG would have been 2 run homer.
