To follow up re the other departure, Spence, I think the Aberdeen Group report on FSTW's Web site explains it:

While Firstwave understands the importance of implementation services, the company does not intend to build a large services organization internally. Rather, it is looking to forge partnerships with third party professional services firms...

firstwave.net

Suggested reading for all here, BTW. Anyway, the Grant Thornton alliance is an obvious example of such third party relationships.

PS: Anyone see the WSJ "Heard on the Street" column this morning on Siebel vs. SAP? Any comments on how FSTW might fit into some larger player trying to grab a share of the SFA and related product markets? In addition to SAP, IBM has also recently announced initiatives in this area.

Glad to see the price above 3 today. Added more at 2.75 last week. Hope the positive trend will hold. Ram
