Ask dropped to .27 and so far today it looks like 5K shares went at .25. Was it a buy or sell?

Results of Stamm's leadership to date
#1: 97% LOSS of shareholder value
#2 Failure to obey the companies laws of incorporation
#3 failure to start new drilling program in Nebraska
#4 failure to move forward with UPR in Colorado
#5 failure to secure financing that was supposed to be in the bag
#6 failure to release information to shareholders about companies condition and
progress or lack of it
#7 failure to use PR to inform investor's of things about the company we have a right to
know

Who would want to buy this stock anyways! IMMM $1.50 to .10, name changes NAMX - high .35 or so - reverse split and the stock is only at a quarter.
