Whoever wrote this letter, and it was not HKE alone, can go to jail just for the content. It violates numerous SEC statutes, rules, and regulations...

cross-reference an item in the letter to an SEC statute it violates.

...and is criminal in nature.

again, what criminal charge are you making? refer me to the point in the letter where a law has been violated. you made the charges - back them up.

Since you are new around here, I feel someone needs to warn you that what you post can be held against you, if it is ruled to be libelous, or damaging, by a judge, of which I'm sure you're not. I noticed you didn't place IMO on you're statement, and I would be careful about stating accusations of which you have no way of proving to be true.
