Looks like ENE is really serious about the water business, Bloomberg reports that ENE is considering bidding on Brazil's Sao Paolo water ute, estimated at some $5.1 Bln. ENE may be bidding against Lyonnaise des Eaux, etc.... This could be interesting, I wonder what kind of earnings that company has? The only think I'm not to crazy about is the all-cash nature of the deal, and that the winning bidder must assume 99.9% of all debt. However, this may end up being a bargain. Anyway, the sale is set for Sept 30th. later, geoff
