Howard: "We KNOW what is going on here."

Did I miss something? I do not believe any of us, other than JC, KNOWS what is going on here.

Howard: You have one of the clearer minds on this thread, would be a pity if you take a leave of absence.

My impression is that Mr. Chin does not feel confortable running a public Co. If we look at what a private and public Co. would have in common: MOU's, contracts, alliances, very hard work on the part of the CEO etc, I think we are all happy with this (and so, I guess, must be Mr. Chin).

If we look at the stuff that differentiates a public from a private Co. we find the stuff that is making us (well, at least ME) suffer:

1.- Failure in the choice of IR/PR Co's. Remember LC? You like WV?
2.- 5 month failure with the SB-10. It is not that the SB-10 gives you many points, it is the lack of it that gives us gazillions of negative points. The price collapse of these past 2 days gives ample proof of this.

To round this up: we -DGIV- have been unable to make a succesful transition from a private to a public Co. This is IMO the center point of our dilema. What makes it stranger is that Mr. Chin, and most of the DGIV management are very personable, agreeable, people.
Individually they do not have a communication problem, many of us can vouch for this, but as an institution they do.

As a consequence of this we have a DGIV of 1.5$ without SB-10 vs a "DGIV-could have been" of $6-8$ if we would have done the right moves at the right time. And this means a lot less options for the management and a lot of long faces among the investors.
