The investor from Alexander Wescott is converting their $50,000 note. And to add fuel to the fire the Potamac deal is not happening. This one is all about another group taking control or Kaire Internation going public. As for only one MM on the offer you will notice it is Alexander Wescott. They are sellers and always have been. They took this all the way down converting a note with no floor. Can anyone say "boiler room". The next time Alexander Wescott puts out a recommendation I would suggest everybody short they are the most un ethical firm I have ever seen. There fearless leader is a jack ass and shold be banned from the business.

Redhook - No, you're right. There has NOT been any pump and dump here, and I'm sorry if I was misleading. It was an e-mail I received that warned me of that, and my point had been that it wasn't so. When is the IPO scheduled for? Raven
