Ken, they have had a very tough year, but not that it didn't work. The major problem was the morning lag, which ran 1-2 minutes behind, until around 10:00AM, but that has now been fixed, as they did some work at the provider, ADP. They also are releasing a new version this week on their web site, which will supposedly eliminate the bad ticks (spikes) that they have been having a lot of trouble with lately. But yes, for the most part, they are consistent and reliable.

Remember, that with IT, while it was the same software, you were using Kanisa's servers, under Kanisa's control. RTT uses NAQ's servers, so you have to compare apples to apples.

RTT has a thread here, at Subject 17201

Good luck

Len

Ken,

I've been using RTT for the past week and I find it to be consistent and reliable. From what I understand there have been recent improvements so I cannot speak to how RTT functioned before I joined the service. There's realtime tech support on their mirc channel so if the server you're on starts acting up you can quickly find a better one.

Best of trading to all,

Jerry
