I believe the shares will only be restricted until they are registered and market makers have signed on to make the spreads. I don't believe this will take very long after the issue.

Thanks for the response DuGen, I guess my question is if they do what you call a two year restriction, does that mean no one can buy or sell, just tuck them away until they are zeroed out or David Smith is rich? (sorry David couldn't resist :o))
