wrt 3... low volume is due to the fact that there is an extremely low outstanding. (~400K shares) much of which is tightly held. Each 4,000 shares traded is 1% of the company, so the sporadic trading isn't much of a concern (IMHO).

No idea on the spreads, but high volume stocks seem to have tighter spreads than low volume ones.

wrt 2... I believe KAA said that they will IPO to the BB, but I'm not sure. $1 initial price isn't sufficient for a NASDAQ listing.

Ok I cant really answer what our book is at the moment... until the audits are finished.

If you want my personal opinion which may or may not dead on... to the exact penny, I have our book figured at between $1.25 to 1.50 a share at the moment *****Disclaimer this is a personal guestimate ok?

We are still working on the Phipps stock exchange, but due to the size of the offering ( not the company ) it will probably start on the OTC, but from what I have seen Phipps may be able to get a full listing... depending on a couple of factors.

We are hoping after the Phipps offering to hold in excess of 20% of his AUTHORIZED shares.

The low volume a tightly held low float company is probably the best answer I can think of with the current trading patterns.
